Mayazen in Arnhem offers a simultaneous Duo Complete Zen hair-spa package for two. The provider lists 60 minutes at €160 for both guests, with care focused on the scalp, head, neck and shoulders. This is a head-spa treatment rather than a full-body couples massage, so its package price is kept separate from body-massage totals.
